Rates (in US Dollars)    
 
Through Sept. 16, 2007 SUMMER RATES:  $200/Night (up to 4 pp) + $15/person/night for all additional people.  Plus $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) + 8.5% sales tax.
 
Sept. 17-October 15, 2007 - Fall Rate:  $185/night (up to 4 pp) + $15/person/nt for all additional pp.  Plus $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) + 8.5% sales tax.
 
Oct. 16, 2007-April 27, 2008-Winter Rate:  $175/night (up to 4 pp) + $15/person/nt for all additional pp.  Plus $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) & 8.5% sales tax.
 
April 28, 2008-May 22, 2008-Spring Rate:  $195/night for up to 4 pp+$15/person/nt for all additional pp + $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) & 8.5% sales tax.
 
May 23, 2008-Sept. 15, 2008 SUMMER RATES: $210/night for up to 4 pp + $15/person/nt for all additional pp + $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) & 8.5% sales tax.
 Beginning June 14 minimum length of rental is one week.
 
HOLIDAY RATES ARE $210/NT...Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, School Holidays..Major holidays have 5 day minimum.
 
LAST MINUTE SPECIAL:  Within 3 days of arrival - $165/night + $15/person/night for all over 4 + $75 cleaning fee (additional $50 w/ animals) & 8.5% sales tax.  
 
ONE NIGHT ONLY:  $210/nt for up to 4, $15/person/nt for all over 4 + $75 cleaning fee(additional $50 w/ animals) & 8.5% sales tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be one night’s charge withheld if a booking is cancelled, and the total will be withheld if we are unable to rebook the time and the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
